1. Promotion

During each Free Order Moment, the first three eligible orders successfully paid after the applicable start time will receive a refund of the amount paid, up to USD $500 per order.

This is a first-come, first-served promotion and is not a random drawing. There are three qualifying orders in each round and six Free Orders in total.

2. Promotion Times

Round 1: August 16, 2026, at 9:00:00 AM Los Angeles time.
Round 2: August 23, 2026, at 9:00:00 AM Los Angeles time.

Each round ends when the third eligible paid order is recorded or at 11:59:59 PM Los Angeles time on the same day, whichever occurs first.

If fewer than three eligible orders are received before closing, any unused places will expire.

Los Angeles time is the official time zone. Website countdowns and local-time conversions are provided for convenience only.

3. Order Eligibility and Ranking

An order is eligible only if it:

• Is placed and successfully paid through the official MeePlus website during the applicable round;
• Uses a delivery destination available at checkout; and
• Complies with these Rules.
  

Ranking is determined solely by the successful payment timestamp recorded in MeePlus’s systems. Adding items to the cart, entering checkout or receiving an order number does not reserve a place.

If multiple orders have the same displayed payment time, the underlying transaction sequence or order creation sequence will determine their ranking.

4. One Reward Per Customer

Each customer may receive only one Free Order refund during the entire promotion.

If multiple orders from the same customer appear within the first three positions, only the earliest eligible order will qualify, and the next eligible order from a different customer will move into its place.

5. Ineligible Orders

Unpaid, pending, failed, canceled, fraudulent, wholesale, test, draft, manually created, repair, replacement, shipping-only or chargeback orders are not eligible.

If an order is disqualified, the next eligible order in the payment sequence will qualify.

6. Refund

Each qualifying order will receive a refund of the amount actually paid to MeePlus, up to USD $500.

The refund may include merchandise, standard shipping and taxes collected by MeePlus. It is calculated after discounts, rewards and store credits have been applied.

Amounts above USD $500, customs duties, bank fees and other charges not collected by MeePlus will not be refunded.

If a qualifying order is later canceled, partially refunded or returned, no amount already refunded through this promotion will be refunded again.

7. Announcement and Refund Timing

Qualifying order numbers will be announced within 24 hours after each round closes and may be posted on the MeePlus event webpage and Instagram account @meeplus.planner.

Only partially masked order numbers and, where appropriate, the customer’s country or region will be published.

MeePlus will contact qualifying customers by email and initiate refunds within 10 business days after verification. Actual bank processing times may vary.

8. Website Updates and Abuse

The website may not update immediately after all three places have been claimed. A display delay does not create additional Free Order places.

MeePlus may disqualify orders involving fraud, automated ordering, deliberate order splitting, multiple identities used to avoid the one-reward limit, payment disputes or interference with the promotion.

9. Eligibility and General Terms

The promotion is open to customers who are at least 18 years old, can successfully complete checkout on the MeePlus website and can select an available delivery destination.

MeePlus employees, representatives and members of their immediate households are not eligible. The promotion is void where prohibited by law.

MeePlus may modify, suspend or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical failure, security concerns, legal requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
