Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return request window, meaning you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you believe there is an issue with your order.

As each binder is made to order based on individual preferences, returns are only accepted in cases where:
– the item has a quality issue
– or the item received does not match its description

Because our products are custom-made and leather can develop marks once handled, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns for personal reasons such as size preference, color choice, or change of mind.

Refills and other paper products are non-returnable unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This is because refill paper is a relatively low-value product, while international shipping costs represent a significant portion of its value. In many cases, the cost of shipping the refills to the customer and then transporting them back through the return process approaches the value of the product itself, making returns impractical.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
As our binders are made to order according to each customer's specifications, they are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period under applicable consumer protection regulations.


Refunds
If a return has been authorized by us, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
