6. SHOPIFY AND SHOPIFY NETWORK INTELLIGENCE

Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Shopify processes personal information to provide ecommerce hosting, customer accounts, checkout, payments, security, fraud prevention, analytics, personalisation, and related services.

We have enabled Shopify Network Intelligence. This means Shopify may securely use information from our store together with information from other Shopify merchants to provide enhanced services that may help us and Shopify:

  • provide customers with a more personalised experience;
  • improve products and store performance;
  • provide more relevant advertising;
  • measure advertising performance;
  • understand how customers interact with our store and advertisements; and
  • improve security and fraud prevention.

Other Shopify merchants do not receive direct access to personal information from our store through Shopify Network Intelligence.

Shopify may act as our processor or service provider for certain activities and may act independently for other activities, as described in Shopify’s applicable privacy notices and terms.

7. EMAIL MARKETING

We use Klaviyo to send email marketing communications.

We do not currently use Klaviyo to send marketing SMS messages.

We send marketing emails where:

  • sending the communication is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Marketing emails may contain tracking technologies that allow us to understand whether an email was:

  • delivered;
  • opened;
  • clicked; or

We do not currently process customer personal information through personnel located in Mainland China.
