I like that the paper is thick and that most of my fountain pens work well with the paper without feathering, I can recommend this for everyday use
The dot grid paper is perfect for me - the spacing, the color - I love it all. I use a mechanical pencil, so I can’t speak to bleeding and ghosting, but it seems to be great quality.
I love the bifold monthly refills! They save room in the rings, and also fold out to allow for more room to write in my pocket sized binder. My only request would be for a Sunday start option.
this is my first ever rings notebook and I love it - it feels solid and premium. The nice leather smell is still there even after three weeks and I love the flexibility that you get with this system - the psychological bit about running out of pages or worrying what to write on the next page is gone, and that’s priceless.
Coming from a more bound notebook style, I was worried that I won’t have a use for it but now I use it as my everythingnotebook - planner, journal, “waste notebook”, I love their refills - there are so many to choose from. Their thin paper sheets are also very functional and doesn’t bleed with normal pens and fineliners. Also, Toby is one of the most wonderful support people I’ve talked to ever!!!
I use these to help me organize my reading notes. Something less than a summary, these inserts help me see my reading in related blocks, which will help me outline my thoughts even more clearly later. The fold out design gives me plenty of room to write, even using a personal size notebook
